Reality checks
A pop-up every 15, 30 or 60 minutes shows time played and net result and asks whether you want to continue.
Cool-off period
Lock the account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 weeks. Marketing stops and the account cannot be reopened early.
Self-exclusion
Exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Balances are paid out and the account is closed for the full period. We also recommend registering with CRUKS to block all Dutch-licensed operators at once.

Any decrease is immediate. Increases and removals take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period so that a decision made in the heat of the moment cannot be acted on straight away.
Can I cancel a self-exclusion early?
No. Self-exclusion is binding for the full period you choose and the account cannot be reopened by support, even at your request.
Does CRUKS block Instasino?
