1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a resident of the Netherlands and not registered on a self-exclusion scheme.
• Only one account per person, household, device and IP address is permitted.
• Employees of Instasino, its affiliates and their immediate families may not hold player accounts.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must register with accurate, current personal details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Identity, age and address verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
• Accounts that are inactive for 12 months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of €5 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and financial terms

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are €20 unless stated otherwise in the cashier.
• Withdrawals are paid to the method used to deposit where possible. Where this is not possible, a bank transfer or e-wallet is used.
• Standard withdrawal limits are €10,000 per day and €50,000 per month; higher limits apply to Thunder League tiers.
• Instasino does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; third-party and network fees may apply.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.
• Funds deposited by third parties or from accounts not in your name will be returned and may lead to account closure.

4. Bonuses and promotions

• Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits (€5 per spin, €25 per table-game hand while a bonus is active), game contributions and expiry dates.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus and bonus winnings.
• Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering and arbitrage — results in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
• Instasino may withdraw or amend promotions at any time; changes do not affect bonuses already activated.

5. Betting and gaming rules

• A bet is accepted once confirmed on screen; bets cannot be cancelled after acceptance except where a market is voided.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body. Markets are voided if an event is abandoned and not completed within 48 hours unless the market was already decided.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be voided or resettled at correct odds.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators. In the event of a malfunction all affected bets and payouts are void.
• The use of bots, automated betting tools or exploits of software errors is prohibited.

6. Responsible gaming

• You may set deposit, loss and session limits, activate cool-off periods or self-exclude at any time from your account.
• Decreases to limits apply immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
• Instasino may restrict or close accounts where it identifies signs of gambling harm.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

• All content on the website — including logos, text, graphics and software — is owned by Instasino or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or interfere with other players.

8. Limitation of liability

Instasino provides the service “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, errors, delays or unauthorised access outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim is limited to the balance of your account at the time of the claim, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact support first; unresolved complaints can be escalated to [email protected] and will receive a final response within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the dispute to the independent alternative dispute resolution body named in the full terms inside your account.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instasino is licensed, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We may amend the terms from time to time; material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
